2 and up is appropriate
My son just turned 2 and loves this game! We began by listening to the alphabet and going through the flash cards, and he quickly progressed to recognizing letters and their order (through letter quiz and connect the dots). I am confident that as he continues to grow, he will enjoy finding capital letters and their lowercase counterparts, as well as master the next letters in sequence of alphabetical order.
I am a high school English teacher, and I have recommended this to families with students in the ELL program as well, for exposure to the alphabet, vocabulary, and pictures.
